In Oct we had no problem getting money out and I think there is about 3 in the resort. We used one at the line of shops opposite the entrance to the Fiesta hotels (floral and oasis). Theres also one at the top of the main strip just opposite the kiddies play area.

We were just in Playa Paraiso last month and we noticed a cash macine next to the biggest supermarket there called Fellipe, look for that supermarket and you will see it beside the entrance.

Just got back and yes, there are at least 3 in "town" and also the Dunas Paraiso Hotel has one in reception.
