Sinquerim is right next door to Candolim, probably about 100 rps in a taxi, so you wont have that far to go to the many bars and restaurants.
Foofoo - here's a small shack called Sea Waves where the food is very good. Doesn't look much but it's good. There are shops around but there are loads more in Candolim, just up the road
