Hi does anyone know the Riverside guesthouse email address?
I have read somewhere that the ground floor rooms arent that good, very damp, and would like to email to request a room on the upper floor.

Failing that, i will just have to wait until we get there, but everytime we have been to Goa with our son we always get a ground floor room.

I have never actually complained about a room in Goa, as ours have mostly been good rooms, but im a bit worried about this one.

If we do end up with a shabby room what should i do?
ask the manager for a different room?
What are the usual reactions of hotel managers when you ask for a different room? Will they be unpleasant to you for the rest of your stay if you complain?
