There's two (maybe three) Aphrodite's in Laganas.

The Aphrodite "HOTEL" is not listed as being a family run business.
The other Aphrodite (which is an apart hotel) is a smaller family business..


And of course there's the Aphrodite Apartments listed with Sunshine.. ..

If you have any idea which one is your holiday hotel from any booking info or brochure pictures let us know back in here and i'll try and find you all information available for you chosen holiday..

You could try this forum for resort info.. Mainly 18-30's and not many forum rules.. don't look if you are easily offended as topics discussed around the forum are varied. Some nice helpful people there and resort staff use the forum.. http://www.laganas.me.uk/

Laganas Beach 2km
Laganas resort centre 500 mtrs

I'm pretty sure these are on the main Laganas Road from the distances quoted and some of the images of the hotel look familiar.

2km from the beach Might sound a severe trek everyday but, we stayed even further up the road a few years ago and managed it everyday for a week to the beach, back and back into town for the evening. Only got taxis back to our apartments most nights because there were plenty around and affordable at €5 As for getting to the strip at night you're only a few minutes from the first bars and i think there's a club just over the road (might be 100 yds down) that has had good nights in the past.

Did hire a Jeep for the second week though so we could venture out further. You'll need mossie repellent here as you are inland and there's a few small rivers nearby and the ditches beside the roads help them breed..
