My OH wants to know where he can get a decent engligh breakfast from?
I rarely eat breakfast, my little boy loves the chocolate porrage from Bobbies shack near the Colonia Santa Maria (csm)
I usually hang on until lunch time.
Ive told my OH to stay away from the bacon haha.
Jungle Village Calangute does a good full English breakfast with tea/ coffee fruit juice toast included with a sort of homemade bubble & squeak, called in a few times over xmas & new year when passing couldn't eat anything else till night time
now got to get about 2 stone off before we return in February.

If you are coming from Candolim it is on your left hand side behind Bombay Bizarre just before the first roundabout with the statue on, its not visible from the main road, lovely old portuguese type manor house, they also do a very good Sunday roast. I like my vindaloos and spicy meals etc. but I cannot eat them every day and treat my stomach to a bit of plain food now and again, in fact looking at the size of it now I think I treated it a little too well over Xmas & new year

Hi yummymummy, I have just got back yesterday and I can honestly say that Emma's Kitchen (which is on the Holiday Street Road Calangute) is the best breakfast that I and the wife have had in our six visits to Goa, they also have a great choice of mainly English dishes for those who are on there curry limits.
I hope you find this place I guarantee you will not be disappointed, oh and the service was first class....jxk8.

Yes Jungle Village is nice for the Sunday Roast (but served every day). Sometimes you just want a change from the spicy food.
Thanks again Allan, not to worry about those excess pounds, just make sure you get rid of them by the time you visit Goa again
jxk8 , thanks for the recommendation, i know where you mean, we havent been in as yet but will most definetly try it.
Is it open in the evening as well?
We too like to go to different types of eating places, we do everything from the beach shacks, to the street food, and restaurants.
