Think you are going to the wrong location really, I would try one of the Canaries to be honest, where you will probably get what you are looking for.

Would possibly agree with barnio if you are after any sun during the day asmajorca can be very unpredictable at this time of year .

Although i am sure there will be a few decent bars open in magaluf and the other larger resorts.

One thing you wont get at that time of the year is crowds, it will be quiet and the sun is far from guaranteed. Head for Las Americas in Tenerife or Playa Ingles in Gran Canaria.

I'd recomend las americas in tenerife which is pretty livley all year round.
