Paul yes there is a lot of building work going on at Marina Beach but noise wise it will not cause concern at Three Corner OV I shouldn't think. If the Hotel are willing to bus you to another beach that should be OK. They have a lovely pool though if you mwould prefer to stay around the Hotel. Three Corners Rihanna Resort also do AI

I received a new invoice this morning from T Cook. We are supposed to be staying at the Ocean View in May. They say on the invoice not a letter that their beach is were they are building the new Marina extension and they will be bussing people to another beach. This does not bother us but what does bother me is looking out at a building site and the dust as I have asthma. I have asked for clarification as to the effect this work will have on our holiday as it is right opposite the Ocean View and looks to be fairly close so I wonder how you would not hear the noise. If and when they get back to me I will let you know the price has dropped since we booked it and maybe the work is why!

The work at the Marina has been in progress for over a year so I do not think that the holiday price change has anything to do with this . Holiday prices change due to demand ,its just annoying to see that you could have saved some money but its all business.

Despite the new Marina being a huge project ,the works are hardly noticeable from the original Marina and should cause you minimal disruption . There are other beaches ,its only for the AI benefits that you would have to use the TCOV beach.

You will not be bothered by dust from the building works but Egypt is a dusty country due to the sand and the fact that it hardly ever rains .

That is great news. I am so glad as we had set our hearts on El Gouna and we did not want to cancel. It was the travel agent who said the price had gone down because of the building work

The building works and land fill is for the new phase of the Marina. You cannot even see it or hear it for that matter from ther Three Cornbers Ocean View so don't worry on that count
