However the video shows how not to complain, rather well i think......
I had a 52 hour delay on March 21st 2003 while coming back from the Dom Rep, via Jamaica but we didn't complain since we got put up in a 5* for 2 nights while the aircraft problems were resolved!! Turned a 14 night holiday in to a 16 night twin centre, excellent! I can understand their frustrations in this instance, but there's no need to behave like that (if what is reported is true). That sort of behavoir gets you knowhere, frustrating as it it.
