Is it possible to explain the reason why there are numerous new posts throughout the forum every day saying "Welcome to Holidaytruths", when in fact they are not new?

Do the Mods have to do this for some reason?

Often you see that an individual forum as a new topic, but it's only a "Welcome to Holidaytruths" posting that as not changed from the last time you viewed it.

This message is the marker for our Moderator/Admin team so we know up until what point that particular forum has been moderated.

If there was another way of doing this, we would implement.

We were close to a resolution a little while ago, but there was a conflict in the coding that had us revert back to the current method.
