The Lemon Express is a dilapidated bag of rust full of graffiti parked up in a siding on Benidorm Station, the only lemon you'll see from that is if you take a walk up to the station and take a can of Fanta Limon there :rofl

You could go to Altea..have a look around the shops and take a walk up into the old quarters and see the church
You could go to Albir and have a walk around and have a nice meal.
You could look around Alfraz
You could go to Cala Finestrat.
You could take a walk up to the cross.
You could take a boat ride up the coast to Calpe from the harbour
You could take a boat ride to Peacock Island.
You could walk up to Benidorm's new bus station and go to Alicante city, Villajoyosa.
You could go shopping at Carrafour or La Marina

You could go to Valencia but it's too far for one day IMO.

helicopter trips perhaps?

You could buy a cheap lilo, go out to sea and the Valencian Air rescue will give you a ride in their helicopter....for free :rofl

Hi Ian ... we have a separate topic with info and discussion about the new bus station .... please click here.

Regional, national and international routes operate from there, including services to Alicante City, Alicante Airport, Valencia, etc. Some destinations closer to Benidorm, such as Villajoyosa or Calpe, are also served by the new station.

However, there are also local bus services which operate around the resort, some of which extend to neighbouring towns. For example, from a stop just opposite the Flamingo Oasis, you could catch a local service to Altea or Albir. For our Benidorm Bus Services topic, please click here.
