Have not done all of that route, but in Feb. once did the Canaries/Madeira/Morocco/Canaries route. Will not lie to you, the seas outwith the immediate Canaries waters were pretty rough and many struggled with this. Should be OK in the Med, but once into Atlantic chances are that in March it will be what we experienced.
