They never close except maybe Christmas eve.

We have been the last 2 years the last week in Feb for 1 month and the weather as always been good and everywhere is open. Hope I have not put a jinks on the weather saying that.

We have been the last couple of years at the end of Feb for a month and the weather as been good and everywhere open. You may need a cardi later in the evening. It may be a bit windy so watch out for wind burn as well as sun burn. Enjoy.
