Its a long time since I've been to Cha'am...its obviously changed.... when we visited many years ago you were hard pushed to get anything Western.
Me too Sunbear. Cha Am was tiny in fact there was only a couple of hotels and if you wanted any night life you had to go into Hua Hin.
it was certainly small when I was in HH in 2003. By the way there was a Scottish bar in HH
We went in 1990. Apart from our hotel the Methavalai there were no western restaurants on the beach strip...while not a great beach it was a very Thai resort which we liked. And we did some great trips out and about...first ever visit to Thailand.
