there is a hotel in lloret called the don juan, but i dont think thats the one you want.
i dont know of a hotel called don quixote in fenals at this time, but there was one called the husa don quixote in the avenue americas around 10 years ago(airtours used it). i can find no trace of it now, so it may have had a name change -maybe the rigat park??

Sorry everyone for building your hopes up, but despite staying in a hotel Don Quijote in Lloret about 20 years ago, upon further investigation I have found that sadly it is no longer there . Apologies for that .
