They certainly do have turkish baths in Egypt, although they are, unlike in Turkey, few and far between.
I have seen them stated as a facility on several Egyptian hotel sites and I went on a Nile cruise boat that had one on the top deck!
I very much doubt that there is a "pukka" turkish bath on the road between St. Cat's and Sharm, but , who knows?
Have a gander at some of the 5* Sharm hotel sites and see if you can find anything.
