Hi all,
Considering going to Alcudia in April (4th - 11th), can anyone advise will there be plenty open? How is the weather likely to be?
Thanks in advance
Catherine x
A fair amount of the port area will be open. There tend to be more restaurants open in early April now because of the boat fair and cuttlefish (yes really, cuttlefish!) culinary do the last weekend of March. In the Bellevue area, fewer places. It's different every year, but to say 50% of places would be open would probably be optimistic. 1 May is the real kick-off date for many things, the water park for example normally opens then. Weather. I'd love to say that it will be wall-to-wall sunshine, but last year for instance much of April was dreadful right across the island. The year before at the time of the fairs I mention the weather was fantastic. Very hard to predict.
