can you tell me where in Malta is a good base to stay for getting around, site seeing, restaurants and bars.
we are going with my mum who can't walk too far distances. don't know whether to hire a car or use the bus.
my dad was stationed here 45 years ago.we stayed in Malta for a year. first time back for my mum and me.i started school in Malta. just want to see if we can remember any where.but i know it will have changed a lot since then.what do you think the weather will be like.any tips or ideas appreciated.
