just back today ,stopped in Palma Nova ,walked into Magaluf both nights
i would say there was only about 25% of them open if that ,some look like all shut up for refurb
all the Tabacs we saw were open

one pub even had on the blackboard outside some footballs matches that were played last October

Most of the tabacs stay open all year round, although may close a little earlier and maybe not on Sundays. They stock all the British brands.

Lincoln Imp is correct, there are very few bars open just at the moment, but most of the smaller bars will start to open in early March, when traditionally we get quite a few golfers over, and also a few more later in the month for St Patrick's Day and Cheltenham Week.
