We stayed in Fenals last year. There were plenty bars in the area, not all of them are on the Royal Beach Road. There are some very cheap bars on the main road that goes into Lloret and also lots up the side streets.

We found one which we went to most nights ( and days!!) which was up a side street off the sea front. Sorry I cant remember the name of it or the name of the road but it was soooo cheap! A litre of Esterella was 2 euros and a cocktail from the extensive menu was only 3.5 euros. A selection of shorts were only 2 euros and whats more the food was pretty good too. It was next door to the scuba diving place.

Can you give me any landmarks to look for regarding that bar you mention ?

Also is there still a bar called Popeyes in Fenals ? I remember a good few years ago a friend stayed in the Aquarium hotel and mentioned they went to that bar.

Dont know if Popeye's still there ,but i remember using this bar when the children were younger

i cant recall a bar called popeyes in recent years,but there are a few bars in the streets round the area.
from the roundabout at the fenals gardens hotel/supermarket head towards the beach and take the first left.there are bars on the next corner. i think one is called the tartan arms.if you turn right at that corner it will take you to the indian restaurant and another bar popular with brits called buzby's.
whether any bar is worth going to is personal choice, but i like the robin hood, and in town the picadilly bar and the highwayman.

popeyes is on the street behind the robin hood just down from busbys. across from popeyes down a bit there is a scottish bar cant remember the name though there is one or two bars around about the aquamarina and oasis park we used to go to a little spanish bar opposite the oasis park it was realy cheap for food and drink

Hi Thanks for that, Is the street that popeyes is on the one with the indian restaurant at the top and a greeny coloured supermarket on the otherside next to some grass ?
