Try looking at some of the Rental sites such as Owners Direct and Holiday Lettings. They are all privately owned apartments and there are plenty of two and three bedroomed apartments for rent.

I used Owners direct last October for benalmadena and have have booked via them again for this comming July.

There is plenty of choice and some offer airport transfers (both mine have at a very reasonable price).
