i am also having problems with skytransfers they did not show at the airport and they are not returning my calls could melbaz please email me on <email address removed> and let me know if she has her refund yet

Finally this week I have received an e-mail telling me that a refund has been sent but as yet nothing received. This has been ongoing since December and I have rang them every few weeks but the person who deals with complaints works part time and if she is not there then no one else seems able to deal with your query.

The person who deals with the complaints is <removed> if that helps.

Hope you get it sorted quicker than mine.

Have just been on another review website and found more negative posts regarding SKYTRANSFERS.COM

How come you always find out when it is too late. :(

with lanzarote (and many spanish airports) I think you're as well to just queue for a taxi anyway as there's a plethora of them at nearly all times. From the looks of these complaints, take it as a lesson learned and don't let it detract from such a lovely island

Hypermusic - sometimes tho' if you're a large party that doesn't want to split, private transfers are the better option to a taxi.

Perhaps not just the better option but THE only option and your 'Take it as a lesson learnt' comment is hardly helpful!

We're a family of 5 and I won't consider us travelling separately indeed 2 taxi's would cost more than our private transfer anyway so a taxi isn't always the best option - it might be for some but not all!
