Hi ..
A friend recommended eating fish in out way from Limassol to the mountains (which i think is Trodos) in a resturant that makes them fresh !
Any idea whats the name of the resturant ?
makes fish, they are caught.
How on Earth do you think you are going to get up to Troodos without a car and with the itinerary you seem to have set yourself already? I'm surprised your friend didn't ask you that.
Most restaurants up in the mountains will do fish, but it will be frozen, although there is a trout farm near Platres. I think it has a restaurant attached. It may be this that your friend is referring to.
We're back to this "knowledgeable friend" again. I, amongst others, find it odd that this friend has not put you right on many of the topics you have mentioned, here and elsewhere.

How am i gonna go is my business. The resturant i heared about serves fish but not frozen as you said, this friend of mind who doesnt remember the resturant name and didnt stay in it becoz he doesnt like fish told me that the fish is caught and served fresh
This is the resturant i am asking about
Normally the best place for a fish dinner is a harbourside restaurant, and I think you already have several places by the sea in your itinerary. Ayia Napa harbour has fish restaurants and I'm sure Larnaca, Limassol and Paphos have them as well.
There is no point in asking advice, and then getting shirty when someone points out that your plans are unrealistic.
Have fun!
That's a first! Every other aspect of your holiday seems to be open to all.Jacob AKA Cool69 wrote:How am i gonna go is my business.
I reckon one of your next posts will include a question regarding transport to the trout farm restaurant at Platres.

Agreed with Tyler, there. It's just below the snow line and a bit chilly in the spring but the food is excellent. Some of the coach tour buses do stop at the place, but I can't recall the name. It's just up the road from Green Valley Waterfall, Trimikini. Trout fresh from the farm, but, it's expensive - not dear. In other words, Value for money.
Maybe he can take the Troodos Bus that goes daily from Limassol
