Any one used these and how do they contact you at the airport, do they take you to your hotel, and how long is the wait usualy before leaving the airport for your hotel. Lastly are they reliable?

I can answer your question 100% as i work for them!!

Yes we are reliable!!!!!!!!!!!!
1. you can book a shared shuttle which will take you from the airport to your hotel in the resort your staying, but this service will also do drop off to different hotels within resort. The same goes for when booking a private service but this will be just your party and no drop off to different hotels.
2. You will not be waiting on more than 45 minutes from when your flight arrives.
3. all information on what to do on arrival and departure will be on your confirmation voucher.
