No I don't think so , change the minimum at the kiosk as you are coming out the airport, minimum because they rip you off with the lowest rates in Goa. Then you have to pay for the taxi at the taxi kiosk outside, and they give you a receipt.

You would probably need to exchange about £10 at the airport to cover your taxi ride. Although there is a cash machine at the airport, so you should be able to take your nationwide card and get money out of the wall for great rates and no charges... I really could work for nationwide... It's one of the much takes to Goa, or anywhere for that matter....
