Hi
I have been going round in circles in the last week. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Looking at last week in April for 7 nights. Visited Paphos last June and loved it, thought would give Napa side a try this time. Looking at Nissi Beach area. How long to walk into Ayia Napa from Nissi Beach. Are there any restaurants/bars/shops around the Adams/Nissi Beach Hotel area.
I have read all the Hotel reviews and still very undecided. Do not really like All inclusive hotels (you get either bored with the food or tooooo fat). Nissi Beach B + B coming in at £568 for two. Pavlo £676 all inclusive. Dome £730 all inclusive and Adams £720 B + B. Any comments much appreciated.
Thanks
The Adams and the Nissi beach are truly on/at Nissi beach. The Dome is further out in the Macronissos area right on Macronissos Beach..........stayed here many times and highly recommend it, a really lovely hotel and surroundings, food pretty good too. Pavlo Napa is the least luxurious of these hotels and probably warrants being a 3star max.
I would agree not to go AI if you can help it as there are far too many fab places to eat out in Napa. There are bars and restaurants in and around Nissi beach and a few of the same near the Dome.
I think the Nissi Beach on B&B sounds like a good idea.
Having looked at the pricing it seems very high for that time of the year, the season will only just be starting and I suspect all the hotels would be grateful of your business and all willing to so a great deal if you booked direct, just a thought but you may want to consider DIY and get your flights seperate all the hotels have their own websites if you google them.
Not sure if I can get any cheaper as the flight only is coming in at £150 each.
Leaving only £268 to cover accomodation to equal package at £568 for two people at Nissi b+b. Rate on Nissi is coming back at around £75 per night which would push to go around £825 for two people.on a DIY. I took off the transfer already at £20 each because we will take a hire car for the week.
Is the water park open in April, I believe its close to Nissi Beach.
Thanks for your help.
The waterpark usually opens during the mid weeks of April but be aware the water will be pretty cold as it won't have warmed up much, having said that your only in and out as you get of the slides etc. I've been before in the first week of May and although the water was cold it didn't bother us too much. They haven't updated their website yet http://www.waterworldwaterpark.com/ so no 2008 prices, but expect to pay about £20pp. It's approx a mile away from your hotel with ample free parking for your hire car.
Hope that helps
The buses run along Nissi Avenue and only cost a few cents.
Agree about Pavlo Napa but saying that I like Sandy Bay,
You will be spolit for choice for beaches in that area .
We are over at the same time , I always feel its cooler at night at this time but really fabulous weather through the day and the sea is just starting to warm up then.
Whatever you do don't stay at the Adams beach, used to love it but since it got its 5 star status (after changing nothing from when it was 4 star) it has gone downhill big time
