I find that topic locked to be able to respond to. You may find that if you look for small eating premises (under 100sq m), they have to decide and display whether they are smoking or non-smoking. Premises larger than this must provide separate indoor smoking and non-smoking areas (with their own ventilation system, and cannot be more than 30% of the total establishment).
