Yep - I have to agree with Enes, rent a car, it'll not be too expensive and you be able to see so many sites it'll be worth it. Pick up a car at the airport, rent for a few days at the start. Then rent for 2 days at the end. After you take account of the transfer costs the hire car really won't work out to be very expensive.
