Hi,
Going to Blackpool a week today 19th April) for a hen night. Can anyone recommend a good nightclub?
Looking for somewhere with cheesy/chart/dance music that is open late.
Any suggestions would be great.
Does anyone know if funny girls is still going at blackpool please
certainly is - and as popular as ever..
blackpool is ace and there are lots of things to do.
by the way whoever said it earlier - the tower circus is included in the whole tower world price but they have now started giving allocated seat tickets as it used to be a mad crush to grab the best seats. on a rainy day - tower world is the best value for money
louis tussauds is a lot better now theyve knocked through into next door - its now twice the size as before for the same price.
dont bother with the doctor who place unless you like the old stuff as theres nothing in their after sylvester mccoy.
blackpool zoo is vastly improved with the opening of the new dinosaur world park adjacent to the zoo entrence. altgether a great place to go on holiday or just for the day if not a litllte pricey.
I know there is a lot of snobbery regarding the place, and the town is to blame for a lot of it's own troubles, but away from weekend's ruined by imported morons, Blackpool is still a nice place to visit. Trip on the trams to Fleetwood or Cleveleys, walk along the prom, stroll along the piers, trip up the tower, day out to the zoo, a nice coastal walk in Lytham St Annes .... not too shabby! Not to mention my obsession with roller-coasters which is well fed by the Pleasure beach
If you avoid the tat, there is still plenty to do
Thanks carriejayne.......x
I'm off to Blackpool soon for a few nights, if anyone has any discount codes for the Pleasure Beach it would be obliged
Hi, looking for a hotel B & B, with parking not too far from the tower and the front for a weekend end on November for my daughter's 18th for her and her boyfriend. Any suggestions? thanks.
The world fireworks final are on this friday, we went last night and it was china, they were amazing
We stay at the Imperial and love it --- if it is special book a premium room on half board, right on the front and about 10 mins walk from the town
It may not suit them though --- give us a clue what they would like
I'll tell you one thing when i was down in Blackpool, every time i passed the Pontins i just couldn't believe that place is still open!! It looks like a young offenders place of detention!!

Lovely flats, lovely people, and a great location (couple of minutes from the front, pretty much opposite the South Pier and Sandcastle .... just behind the Lucky Star amusements) Really well looked after, nice and clean, comfy bed, and nice big telly with freeview to relax and watch tv inbetween our various jaunts
Highly recommended
we came back from blackpool last week after our weekend away and had a great time, weather was awful but made the most of it. want to write a review on travel lodge south shore but not sure how to do it as there is no previous reviews.
Does anyone know if Mike Dennett and Chick are on anywhere in or near Blackpool this coming weekend (Friday 3rd to Sunday 5th April.
highly recommend the kenley hotel on st.chads road.ideal for couples and families. beatiful interior and great breakfast.it's on their own website.
Thanks.
There's the Boston and New Boston hotels in Blackpool. If you put boston hotel blackpool into Google you can locate which one you want.
We are off to Blackpool again this year for another 4 night stay in September. Always something nice about the illuminations time. We will be staying in the same place as last year, the Berkswell holiday flats ... smashing accommodation, and in such a good location
