We always use canal travel for transfers when we come over, yes they are a little more expensive than normal taxis but they provide (in our opinion) a very good service. http://www.canaltravel.co.uk

They always seem to use minibuses - even when only picking up 2 of us on one occasion they used a minibus which me and my sister had to ourselves for the journey to playa blanca! Another thing we like is that they dont drive as madly as some of the taxis we have seen which when we have our girls with us is importent to us!!
