we are also going there on 26th June.there will be 22 of us with our local dive school. We are flying from Manchester so if you are there at the same time..look out for us!

Which dive school are you using? My daughter is /wants to do some diving but needs a refresher course, and she is at the open water stage. We are at the Sonesta beach across the road from you from 23rd June till 7 july.

I don't know what school we are using yet..Mark (who owns our dive club) usually negotiates best price with a number of schools. We usually get our own day boat..and will probably use whichever one is nearest to the hotel that gives us best price. I will let you know as soon as I know!

I am still not sure which hotel we are staying at..sonesta or sonesta beach club. I just pay the money and turn up!

Whether your daughter would need a refresher course or not depends on the last time she did an open water dive. Some dive schools do a "check dive" on the first dive so that they assess your skills and you "refresh" at the same time. It may be cheaper for your daughter to do a refresher in the local pool or wherever it is your nearest dive club trains.

Hi, we have a dive school at the sonesta beach resort, and one around the corner at the Oonas Dive school. The Sonesta club i have not heard of them having a separate dive school, so presumably it is someone who you normally would meet and Mark sorts it out? Sonesta Club is cheaper to stay in than the Sonesta beach resort. Let me know when you get your itinerary, flights etc. Who you flying with?
