My parents did the Las Dalias in Tenerife a few years ago and couldn't sing it's praises high enough when they returned so they booked again and went in February this year and were less than impressed - hotel carpets filthy, food lukewarm etc. It's still an Iberostar hotel but this last holiday has put them off somewhat.
