I recall some time ago the apartments we go to in Marmaris did something similar (Club Turquoise). The caveat though was it had to be at the end of the season in October. You had to get your own flights / transfers etc. They were never full at this time of the year so would put this up as a prize on the BBQ night.

Looks like your just going to have to contact the hotel for that Information.

A few years ago a friend of mine won the same sort of thing for a week in tenerife ,as wilson said they had to pay for their flights and transfers ,which i suppose was fair enough as the hotel was only offering accomadation ,when they got there the room they were given was a pure tip and only cleaned and the towells changed one time in the whole week ,they were only given a limited menu having to pay for extras ,all in all they hated it , please get in touch with the hotel and find out exactly what you get.

We are going on our second free week in Turkey this year.
We have kept in touch with the hotel by email, and they do regard us as friends.

may i ask which hotel this was
i would suggest contacting them first they will probebly honor it if that was the deal
