Though I cannot give you a definite 100%, I would say that there are daily buses to all but the most isolated (or rather deserted) villages.
The Cyprus Tourism Office normally has this info including telephone numbers of the company or bus driver. Pegeia is a very big village. I would be very surprised if there were not at least a few buses per day to Paphos.

There's a much more regular service between Coral Bay and Paphos if you can get down to the main road.
