New buildings poss hotel in Baga

When we we there in Feb seemed to be big new complex under construction on Baga Road.Huge closed gates but could see some spectacular looking building going on behind them.
Best location I can give is opposite the Church between the Cavala and Titos Lane.

If its the one i'm thinking of its called 'Suncity' looks really nice.
But what is it going to be
that suncity is in the middle of calangute hardly tranquil!!!! the new hotel in arpora "lazy lagoon" opposite sun village is 7.500 a night without brekky!!! holiday money wouldnt go very far.......
I would have a guess that the hotel will be marketed towards well off Mumbai holidaymakers. They are certainly Mumbai prices.

Right beside the sewage treatment works, I think that in itself is enough to put you off!
(At Suncity) Wi-fi and broadband available - are they sure???????
