Your best bets for being close to the fountains are:-

Hotel Salou Princess 3*
Hotel Blaumar 4*
Aparthotel Da Vinci 3*
Michelangelo Apartments 3*
Hotel Las Vegas 3*
Hotel Planas 2*
Hotel Magnolia 4*
Hotel Delfin Park 3*

The only hotels that actually face the seafront prom out of these hotels are the Blaumar & Planas, althought the Planas does not have a pool.

The other hotels are basically one street back from the seafront, although the Las Vegas is on a side street up a moderate hill.
