Just been in to the Church Bar and was wondering if anyone knows where Terry "Paul McCartney" is working now. We are staying in the Torviscas area but are happy to take a taxi anywhere in the area to see him.

we were on holiday last july in tenerife with our teenage daughter, who virtually lived in the sunshine bar,said the compere there then was called nathan(i think) and was excellent, does anyone know where he is now??

saw vanessa viagra comparing at george n dragon , excellent act . She is top! Very funny, friendly and sings a good mixture of songs. My 5 year old daughter is still talking about how funny she was and wants her to be her new mummy ..I am demoted to grandma!
We saw Frank Sinatra Jonny O'Connor in o'flahetys. He was amazing just like watching the real thing and nice to see an act dress up immacualtley.......cant spell!

Hi there, we were last in tenerife 2 years ago and spent most evenings in the Wali Hali bar opposite the Bougnaville and the compare was Tich. Anybody know if the bar and Tich are still around as we ahd some great evenings in there.

If you remember that you would not pay to see any of the acts on in South Tenerife then you will not be to dissapointed.
Most are poor some reasonable and an odd good one.
In a way you are paying to see them in the inflated price of your drinks.
On the subject of Irish bars, they are a rip off, The Temple Bar and The Irish Fiddler in Los Geranios are top money, in fact they are the same bar.
Kitty O`sheas on Porto Colon is better value.
You will rarely see any of the brits who live here (I do six winter months a year for the last 21 years) drink in any of these bars, they won`t pay these prices.

I am returning to Las Americas next month and would appreciate update on above venue . For many years in my opinion was the best for entertainment , even if in need of updating . I understand that Joe has sold Soul Suite but would appreciate any help in tracking him down . Has he left the island or bought and/or performing elsewhere .

Bar Faro is the larger of the two spanish bars at the end of the top of the three streets in LC.
I have been going there for years and it amazes me more brits dont go in.
It serves cheap cold beer and it selection of tapas are all outstanding, and not to mention cheap. Added to this an excellent people watching terrace complete my favourite spot in LC.
