I was starving so ate about 15as part of my lunch. (felt a bit dodgy after due to all the oil !). They were stuffed with cloves of garlic so I must have eaten a couple of bulbs at one sitting.

I am considering taking garlic capsules on my next trip to Egypt as I'm sure that my digestion suffers without a good intake of this lovely ingredient.
