hi, can anyone tell me how long you have to be delayed to claim compensation from the airline we was delayed for over 10 hours going out of doncaster to tenerife.First problem with plane had to get off and wait for a part comming from manchester after 4 hours got back on and set off 1 hour into flight the same problem occured and we were diverted back to luton had to get back off and wait for it to be repaired again .When the plane was repaired the flight crew had run out of flying time so then had to wait for new crew should have left doncaster at 7. 10 am and landed in tenerife at 12.40 but didnt get to tenerife till 10.30 pm
