Hi
Just wondering if anyone can give me any advise on getting free child places
Which companies do them ?
When is the best time to book them ?
Etc.......
Thank you in advance for any help/advice you can give
for your dates and needs. Sometimes a free child place doesn't always work out
as a good deal , with under occupancy supplements .

Hi. Direct Holidays have guaranteed free child places at the moment on a lot of holidays for 2009, although they were not appearing on their website when I looked a couple of weeks ago, but if you phone them they can give a price with the free place. I ended up booking my 2009 hol through Thomas Cook but they seem to have limited free places.
2) Enter the kids as adults (as well), and see which is the cheaper option (Booking kids as kids, (or) kids as adults! (As the under occupancy charges can come to more than the free childs place!)
I know portland are offering free childs places at mo (Especially to turkey). We have just booked with thomson, and got a free childs place (Half board), for our 15 yr old son (Which I'm very pleased about, as it's usually 12 or under for half board.
