If you book trips through the tour operator you will find they are a lot more expensive than booking them yourselves through the local tourist kiosks & travel shops.Perhaps another HT member can enlighten you with their experiences.

If you turn left when you come out of your hotel and walk a couple of hundred yards there is a little shop offering all kinds of trips - sand sculptures, water parks, crazy world etc, and a little further on is the large Modelo supermarket, and there is also a shop in there.
