I am confused as to when our holiday ends , ie HB basis , and when it starts etc , i know its simple but hey , its monday !
We leave to go to the mavruka in olu deniz from gatwick at 19:00 20/06 , we get to olu at 2:00am on 21/06
We leave on the 2:00am flight on the 5/07
Does HB end on fri 4/07 , so we get dinner on that friday before we fly or does it end on thursay 03/07 ??
Were just trying to work out our budget and what we will need !!

Your room will be booked for you from approx 2pm on Friday 20th so that you have a room to go straight into on arrival 21st. Therefore Friday is classed as 1st night.
Thursday 3rd is your 14th night in accommodation so by my reckoning you'll be out of your room at approx 12 midday on Friday. You'll get the breakfast but no dinner. Ask in hotel about keeping your room on for the day as it's going to be a long one.

I know what you mean Danny as technically you've paid for 14 breakfasts, 14 dinners so you may squeeze the extra dinner in. Best ask your travel agent. If you've booked on the net then try TO.

Sorry - TO - Tour Operator. Yes send Travel Republic an email explaining your situtation and say you'd like some clarification, you could then print this out and take it with you incase you have problems at the hotel.
i will do , if not my better half gets her wish of at least ONE nights romantic meal out !!

I was in this situation a few years back and dinner was included
I suppose each hotel has its own rules though
Why not e mail the hotel while you are at it and give the missus her romantic meal on a night she will enjoy it instead

well guys i emailed travel republic back when this thread was opened , no reply phoned twice , lady promised me she would look into it and contact` hotelbeds` ltd who do the accomodation part , that was last weekend , called again today the CS bloke says sorry were busy havent dealt with it !
