We booked the Veramar 1 Aparthotel in Fuengirola for 10th June. It's cheap and cheerful, but has some reasonable reviews. The only thing that concerned me was that one reviewer said there was no self-catering facilities in the studios! We booked the holiday as SC, so surely it should have them!
I have emailed youtravel, but just wondering if anyone has stayed here? Also, I would want a pool or sea view from the balcony, for which I have asked youtravel in the "requests" box. But is it worth emailing the hotel direct?
I know I am probably fretting over nothing, as I don't expect The Ritz for £23 a night (a bargain!!)

Actually, I have looked at a few review sites and it seems to have a kitchenette. But the facilities seem acceptable.
we stayed here some years ago and the kitchen consisted of a cooker, sink and fridge immediately inside the door of the room. Opposite that was the bathroom.
