Can I have some advice please from those of you how know Nerja?

I've got quotes for private rentals within my budget for the Torresol and Triton for our first visit to Nerja starting at the end of September.

I don't want to be on a busy street (i.e. a lot of traffic noise or building site next door), want parking close by as we'll have a hire car and finally I want to be within walking distance of bars and restaurants but not anywhere right next door to a late bar that'll disturb us. Of the two, which would you advise I plump for?
