we did this trip in 2003,booked it through tour reps although i cant remember prices exactly i think it was roughly 160 euros for 2 adults and 3 kids, would i do it again? no...had to be up at 6 in morning,coach left at 7 ..at least 4 and a half hours on coach to get there, we had about 3 hours roughly to look around then head back to salou...its a nice place but i wouldnt go through that journey again for a couple of hours sightseeing. oh and no matter what the reps tell you about duty free ( they may try to tell you that you are allowed to bring back as much as you want)..dont believe them ..you are only allowed to bring back 2 litre of spirits and 200 cigarettes per person and they do check at the border.
