Will Ros Fernihough give advice regarding time share.
My relatives have signed up for time share( they use a different name , but it is still time share), now they are realising what a con the whole thing is.
I did tell them at the time to be very careful and not to get drawn into signing, now they realise how much money it is going to cost, but of course they are being told the 14days cooling off has past and they cannot cancel.
Do you think Ros might be able to help them.

This different name, it wouldn't be something like "holiday discount club"? This is a dodgy area which the EU are looking into but isn't currently covered by the same legal protection as proper time-share.
