Please let us know what the Sidari Village is like wnen you get back, my son is going in September.

For exmaple, they let their children POO in the pool, yes, and got the children out and left it floating, I had to get the english rep to get it out, there are dutch and english reps for the kids.
Apart from that the apartments are really nice, we had one right by the pool, not up the hill, although the mini bus is on all day up until 12pm.
The entertainment is on around the pool in the daytime for a few hours, water polo, quizs etc, and of a night for the kids, disco outside etc.
did not eat here, we did not go all inclusive, prefer to go to restaurants, but had snacks around the pool and very good.
We stayed last year at Lagoon Apartments just down from there, you have to walk past Lagoon to get onto main strip, and we are going back to the Lagoon in August for two weeks, cannot wait.
all in all the Sidari village i thought was very good, hope this helps
I believe it is new owners in Sidari Village this year and they have made major improvements.
Thanks very much - getting excited now and you are right, all the latest reviews look positive. Will write a review on my return
Been to Sidari village May this year. Everything was great New Manager Nondis Patronis. All the staff are great, mostly english guests when I was there. Animation team fantastic. When you are there mention my name, they all now me. Nathan and Sam are great entertainers allong withe rest of the team.. Hope you have agreat time.. Bill Williams
we stayed at the Lagoon apartments in 2005 and went up the hill to sidari village for a nosey one day, looked really nice
My family and I are also going to Sidari Village Hotel on 2/7/08 for 2 wks, we have been quite concerned after looking at the reviews of 07, thankfully after reading some new reviews are now looking forward to it. We are wondering about telephoning prior to ours hols to ask to be placed well, possibly not at the top of "cardiac" hill as our one son has walking difficulties. Can any one offer us advice who has been there? Hope you have a great time Shelly!
I am sure Sidari Village will be fine, there should be a telephone number on this site, check out the reviews and there should be a number to call, but i would get in touch with your tour operator straight away and they will do this for you.
Have a great holiday
Thanks Teena, although we booked with Travel republic but will try and see if they can help. Glad to know that people want to help out. Restores my faith in mankind.
My family and 2 other families, ten of us in total, are going on 4th July so will see you there! Only 4 sleeps left, can't wait now! I am also going to ring the hotel today so I can check all our rooms are together. I will let you know how I got on.
Ahh, I miswrote my first message and realised that I put the 2nd when it is infact the 21st to the 4th we go. Look forward to your review after your hols but hope the time doesn`t pass too quickly for you. My husband rang yest, lady on desk spoke perfect english!
I rang hotel this morning and receptionist was most helpful. Said would get our rooms altogether and said she hoped we had a lovely time with them and looked forward to seeing us on Friday. Excellent first impressions - hope rest of holiday is as good. Will let you all know.
Just got back from a fantastic holiday. No need to worry about the hotel, food good, entertainment and drinks good. Have posted a full review. Just wish I was back there already!! Weather was extremely hot - in the 40's every day - and there were lots of mosquitos so take lots of protection. Will be returning next year.
Just a quick question - for my 18 year old daughter..... Is there a hair dryer provided in the bathroom???
Thanks
I have just found a website about sidari village and it says there are hairdryers in the bathroom, there wasnt when i went in 2006, but i know they have all been done out throughout the winter, and this website says there are, so hopefully there is for your daughter, the place we are staying in august has got them in every room, so i think most apartments have done this now
Hi - there are hairdryers in the bathroom but out of the three rooms we had none of them worked for the full two weeks, and when they did they were a bit pathetic. Advise you to take your own!
Totally agree about the hairdryers, pathetic. However everything else was spot on. Good time had by all of us
