Hi all has anyone had any dealings good or bad with hotelopia.co.uk.They are part of TUI.and sell accomodation only.
Regards Maryb.
Hotelopia is quite a reputable company it was First Choice's hotel only company, now been grabbed by Tui in the Merger. Havent used them as we normally do packages, however ive not heard any bad things yet only good.
Hi Mary, we used them a couple of years ago to go to Prague. They offered a "Double the difference " price promise if you could find the same hotel for cheaper with another operator after booking with them.We found we could have got it cheaper elsewhere (£35), gave them the details and true to their word, when the holiday was completed I got a cheque for £70 off them without any problems.
Generally, they are not the cheapest and need to be used with a discount code and a cashback site, they then prove hard to beat.
Excellent service everytime, highly recommended.

I had a good few stays in hotels free then.
you can book with quidco and get 10% cash back on your booking
and
358422 is a discount code which will give you 10% off
choose your hotel, click on it and on the next page you will see
i have a discount voucher or code, click on this and put the above number in,
so all together 20% back of your booking
Anyone know if Hotelopia is connected to Hotelbeds which allegedly is connected to Go2spain.co.uk who has ceased trading.
Neither Hotelopia or Hotelbeds are connected to go2spain.co.uk. It is just that the latter business, which recently failed, bought some hotels/apartments from them to sell to their customers. (just as a travel agent might sell a Cosmos Holiday or a Libra Holiday or a Panorama Holiday...)
