Just to let everyone know .
Their seems to be a bit of a purge in Spain at the moment.
My husband got breatherlyzed coming back from taking my daughter to the airport at 1 in the morning.
He hadn't been drinking but it's easy to do on holiday even having wine with a meal or a drink in the day.
They were stopping everyone, some were over the limit and taken out of the cars.
The police were very nice to us .
Be careful if you are driving.
And quite right too. Spanish roads are bad enough without drunk speeding drivers.

We saw a few accidents in the 2 weeks we were there.
They weave in and out of the lines of traffic.
Madness.
I'm not sure what the drinking laws or limits are.
But just incase if we think we may have to be driving the same as in England we don't drink at all.

According to the program "Costa del street crime" the Spanish law allows less alcohol in the blood than British laws do.
