My friend and I (39 and 40) are looking to go all inclusive in November. So far we have have quotes for one week off:-
£470 ish Las Dalias
£404 ish Esmeralda
£350 ish Isla Bonita
Basically we want a chilled time by the pool/beach without having to worry about the expense of the holiday when we get there but we don't mind eating out a few times.
We can afford Las Dalias but we are wondering if it is worth the extra expense and people have mentioned that the rooms are stating to look a bit shabby.
Basically I am asking if it is worth the extra money and which has the best pool area.
hi not stayed at any but the dallas and esmeralda are both in better loctions than the isla bontia and the is binta looks shabby the torviscas playa we stayed in last year is a very nice hotel but is half board
My daughters just back from Las Dalias she thought the rooms were great,we visited her and thought the hotel was really nice didn't see her room though!
Las Dalias for me
I've only stayed in the Las Dalias, and that was about 5 years ago, and to be honest I didn't rate it. We had a really pokey room, that smelled damp. It was on the road side, and the patio area was overgrown, so we couldn't sit out, even if we could it was noisy and didn't get any sun! The pool area was crowded and didn't get much sun all day (we went in December). The food wasn't anything special and we ate out quite a bit. Sorry not to be more positive, as I say it was about 5 years ago, so it sounds like it has improved.
