Hi we love the Marriott. We have stayed however at the mountainside and love it. The pool on this side is quite a quiet area. The staff at both hotels are fab. The pool on the beach side is busier. After walking throught the pool area you are right on the pedestrianised prom - turn right and it leads you into Naama bay. This prom is very safe and clean and takes about 15 mins to walk into Naama. The hotel beach is right here as well. Plenty of sunbeds - you can access the sea from the beach as well as the floating jetty. The food at the Marriott is very good. The Kona Kai restaurant here is fab.
